Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. We waited forever to purchase a washer and dryer we had picked out a week before while an older man visited with a couple. After 2 attempts to get customer service we finally left as we had an appt to look at a car only to go back an hour later and the man was still visiting with the same couple while a 2nd couple now waits. I brought my mower in for service plan repairs, and was called a liar, because they no longer sell the make. I had to call corporate twice, and will probably get a bill like the last time. WHAT A SCAM!!!
