Lowes in Bradenton FL Update. They suck! I've been on five phone calls now about their inability to deliver garage shelving and cabinets as promised. I'm just sitting at my desk so no sweat off my back, but I've been lied to three times by fake managers and put on hold five times and hung on now four times. Everything for DIYers from materials to tools to great advice
Went to Lowes to buy a Christmas tree got there at 6:29 and the tree place was already closed. LAdy was still there but we could not get a tree. Merry Christmas Lowes. Won't be shopping there anymore. Went 2 blocks away to Home Depot...amd NO we have a tree! Thank You Home Depot
I thought that David Drown in sales at the kitchen cabinet dept, did an excellent job in helping me with what I was looking for to remodel my kitchen!! He was polite and a gentleman!! I used to really like this store . But as of this morning I'm so disappointed in the customer service . I have been waiting on a call back for 3 days from the rebuild desk . As of now I still have not received it .
Can you please make sure the milkweed you sell is free of pesticide so that the caterpillars that need to eat that aren't killed? Our butterfly garden was out of milkweed we had large caterpillars and they died within an hour of eating your plant. We gave them safe harbor from the wasps that get them for them to die eating the only thing they can. The ONLY creature that will eat up that plant is the monarch butterfly caterpillar no need to put a pesticide on it. The only people that buy milkweed are those that want butterfli... read more
I purchased a large kitchen install i am extremely happy and love my new kitchen.
I had new windows installed & was a good job,my complaint is they never left the permit,so when inspectors came it faild for no paper work,so called Lowes & they said they were sorry,but I had to pay another $120.00 for more window stickers,so I went to Lowes picked up the permit & inspector came out & cleared it.I went to store manager & complained 3 weels ago & he said he would see what happened,so far haven,t heared from him the work on the windows was fine but follow up was Poor
