Customer service sucks. I have work to do and can’t do it standing in line for 20-30 minutes. And furthermore why would you get rid of Stanley tape measures. The best in the industry!!
Customer service horrible. Purchased an item and was supposed to be delivered between 10-2. Called customer service. Finally got a manager after 6 calls( was disconnected). They tried to call driver. Went to voicemail. All he could say was sorry. Driver finally called me while on phone with manager. Maybe need to hire a more reliable 3rd party for deliveries
Bought a new refrigerator and dishwasher along with new lights for the kitchen.... Gave me an expired BOSCH rebate on installing the dishwasher.... � The sales rep Ray was very helpful in our search for appliances except for the expired rebate slip

Had them send out a gentleman to measure for blinds, perfect and came when scheduled! Unfortunately Lowe’s didn’t hold up their end and call me when they got measurements like they said the would. A week later go in to store” oh yeah here they are, but it’s busy so here are books to look at”. Ok, , we pick out blinds and hear” I’ll Call you Monday with pricing”. Well 10 days later still no call and promise after speaking to manager( because nobody answered phone in blinds) find out nobody followed through with pricing!......... read more
Absolutely horrific! The store continuously out does itself with the lack of customer service. They have created new levels of deplorable with constant mismanagement and lack of employees. You people have either stopped caring about that store or the constant decline of customers is formulated into your bottom line as an expected attrition rate. after wasting 45 minutes of my time, I left and went to Home Depot instead!!!
Selection is awesome
I just showed up at Lowes to look at a item I was thinking about purchasing for fathers day as a surprise. In my business professional clothes, straight from work, I decided to buy the item and not wait. No one was around so I had to load a 75 lb item on a cart alone. Once I checked out Sharon said she could get someone to assist so I didn't have to load it. I was so relieved. Sharon then came out and was ready to assist. Waited 25 minutes in lighting for help. Had someone paged three times with no one coming. Asked one girl and she said she couldn't help me.
