Sadly my frigerator died over the holiday weekend, I was prepared to buy a new refrigerator last night. Unfortunately there was no one in the Appliance Department to assist me or answer questions. I left and went to Home Depot. A shame that nobody wanted my money at Lowe's
Rotten customer service from the staff and management of this store. They totally screwed up on a large kitchen cabinet order and ruined my weekend plans. Spent 4 hours waiting for a delivery from them on Sunday and they never showed up, or even to call and say they were not going to show up. Went to the store this morning too talk with the store manager and he was clueless as to why the order was so screwed up and why some of the cabinets were "refunded".
Many staff passed me but none asked if I needed any help. I had to squeeze through displays to get what I needed.
Bought new washer and dryer set. Picked out a set that had $100 gift card. I waited and no card. Called the number I was given and was told the card was lost and they couldn't issue another one. Was told tbey couldn't help me. I suppose I will take my business to Home Depot now.
Went there today to buy item number 340609 the computer said they had 227 the employee could not find them I need 50 of them . He said there out and I'm looking at 25 . I left
