Have decent customer service. I was cut off by one of their representatives today who started to help me. when she couldn't she got frustrated, said she had something to do and abruptly ran off. I tried to buy a BBQ that they advertised, shot story, they didn't have it in stock, they are not going to get it in, they don't deliver it and I couldn't get a rain check. so it looks like false advertising just to get you in the store. Home Depot from now on.

During a time when our dollars are keeping stores open and boosting the economy during the time of this pandemic, you would think that friendly service would be stressed to the employees. My daughter was treated extremely rudely at this store for no other reason than we purchased a heavy item. We purchased this ahead of time to adhere to social distancing and were berated for doing so upon pickup. We'll stick to Home Depot from now on.

Hands down the worst customer service with our last transaction! We went in to purchase a new stove. After a few days we called to find out the status, only to be told someone canceled our purchase and they don’t know why. So we purchased it again. This time after 2 consecutive days of being told it would be delivered which wasn’t. On the 3rd day, they just dropped it off in our driveway!!! 😡😡😡

I went there with ample time to look for a dish washer.there were three people ahead of me waiting for Charlie.He was proficient with the customer he was waiting on and thru no fault of his he was the only man in that department.The lack of associates puts the pressure on the only one there and that is unfair to him and to the customers.sorry I couldn't spend 2 hours there but will try again at another time to purchase a dish washer.Charlie should be praised for the way I noticed in his handling the lady purchasing several a... read more

As a Landlord I only dealt with Lowes. The Danville IL store and the Bradenton near I 70 clearly runs like a ship. Poor Management? Employees on Salary.. whatever the cause ; It's Home Depot for me. Employees with zero people skills and an I don't care attitude. Sad.

love to look at new ideas in the kitchen and bath section.our northern home has two bathrooms from lowes,a new kitchen.in the south a new bath and new kitchen,love them all,just ask kathy.

Been waiting at customer service for 20 minutes now. Not enough staff, and ridiculously slow to serve a handful of customers. We were being served, then they had to do something and ended up serving others, and here we are, still waiting...... I've been a big Lowe's fan for years....this store is ruining it for me. Need to step up their game.
