Seems understaffed most of the time. I wish their garden center had more of a selection. Gloria, who is a cashier in the garden department, is a gem - she's always smiling and it's contagious!
No customer service at all they don't even want to help I asked them one question they didn't even answer me
Bought ceramic tiles online to be picked up at this local Lowe's. The items were already charged and paid for. Flooring manager states that the tiles price is per tile instead of per case like it said on my order. They do not honor their online prices!!! Highly disappointed, they state the best they can do is give me 10%. What an inconvenience!
Terrible customer service. Waited 8 hours for delivery of a washer and dryer. When the delivery truck arrived the workers had multiple excuses for not being able to deliver to my third floor unit. Primary reason not being able to park. They wanted to leave the order in the front and even asked if I knew anyone who would take them upstairs for me.
