I just had the worst experience ever in your store. treated horribly by multiple employees ignored and even a gay slur and comment. I will be riding a more detailed review and emailing your corporate office. I'm very disappointed that my favorite store treated me this way purposely and seemed to enjoy it. I had the worst customer service experience on last night from the cashier on register 9 around 730pm. i didnt catch her name. i was buying paint which I had spent close to $1000. I bought paint before under Valspar for 24.98 Semi gloss. I had just been in there the night before for the same paint for which the cashier the night before adjusted the price. This is the worse Lowes I have ever done business with. Management is VERY rude and unwilling to resolve issues. I initially went to the Lowes with my contractor about the wrong color stain that was provided to me. I asked to speak with a manager at which time me and my contractor waited on who I thought was the store manager only to find out he was not. Last year on 12/30/2018 I purchased an 84-in Spiral Tree with White LED Lights. Today, we took it out of the box for the very first time and 2/3 of the lights don't work. I still have the receipt. I called the store and was disappointed to be told that seasonal purchases are final. I would expect that you would have sold me a product that actually worked and stood behind it when it didn't work out of the box.

Getting ceramic tile done in kitchen, living room, and hallway. Also getting new cabinets and countertops. This is the worst experience I've had to deal with as far as renovations. They nickel and dime you on unforseen labor that you think you've paid for already. Cabinets suppose to be finished b4 the floors were to start. I'm still waiting on them to finish. They unhook ur sinks and dishwashers and want you to pay them to reinstall. Which wouldn't be a problem if they told you upfront. Luckily I know how to do all that typ... read more

The staff seems knowledgeable and pleasant but I feel they are spread thin. Invest in those knowledgeable employees!

They seemed to be under staffed to help folks out with large items. Ww had to hunts for some one i could walked away with 2 cookers the young lady opsned the locks and walked away left me waiting to load my grill. Poor customer service. No one really had time to help us.
