So upset with there customer service. Customer tried to return item. Cashier was not sure if can return. She asked upper management. When the lady came to assist cashier she was so rude and said no. Customer was not even given explanation or options...
I spent over $2,000 with Lowe's on Hampton and I-20 I was told my items would be delivered between 8am and 12pm today 5/27/14 it is now after 1:00 and no delivery!!! I took off work today since the delivery window was so early! It is now after 1pm and still no delivery... This is messing up my whole day!! I feel a 4hour window should be enough time to get your items!!! I am very upset and disappointed..
I have been walking in here trying to find someone to help me for over ten minutes, and nothing. The one person I did find gave me the helpful answer of, "I don't know about this department, but if you look around, you'll find someone." I was just at the Home Depot down the street, and you can't turn around without someone asking if they can help you. If the Home Depot had the specific product I'm looking at, I would definitely buy it there. Heck, I'd like to buy it here at Lowe's, but I CANT FIND ANYONE TO ASSIST ME.
