This is the worse Lowes I have ever done business with. Management is VERY rude and unwilling to resolve issues. I order 700.00 worth of floor went to pick it up and they sold some of my order then they couldn't find my purchase in their computer but i had my recite and under staffed

They seemed to be under staffed to help folks out with large items. Ww had to hunts for some one i could walked away with 2 cookers the young lady opsned the locks and walked away left me waiting to load my grill. Poor customer service. No one really had time to help us.
Went and purchased a refrigerator yesterday 10/25/16 and was told that it could be delivered next day at 12 noon (Which is the reason why I went ahead and purchased it) I called to confirm delivery (myself) because no one had attempted to contact me and was given a time frame between 12 pm and 4 pm.....after waiting and waiting My husband calls them and they had the nerve to say they called me and I didn't answer so they rescheduled the delivery date........SMH I wish I would have checked the reviews because i definitely wou... read more
