I have to vent. I ordered a stove from Lowe's Willoughby a month ago. It came in and was supposed to be delivered today between 8 and 12. Then got a call from the guys delivering it that it would be delivered between 10 and 2. Call the store and asked for a manager she said the next day deliveries are first. My thing is the delivery times changed . All they are doing is drop it off and picking up old one There not even hooking it up. 15 minutes tops
If they had any employees who knew anything about hardware. Paying twice as much for nuts and bolts wouldn't hurt as bad with any kind of service. And that the hardware wrent all miss organized and just plain missing
Lowe's Willoughby, OHIO I can't believe you guys! Yesterday I ordered a washer for my daughter, and the EARLIEST you said you deliver it was 5/9. That was not good enough so I cancelled delivery so they could pick it up instead. Today, just as they were leaving to go get it...your truck showed up with the washer! 5 stars is not high enough to rate you all! I am now a true believer! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You all are AWESOME!!😍
Huge shout out to Jerome in the door department. He was knowledgable, helpful, courteous, and well super fantastic to deal with. Made my experience working thru a tedious expensive purchase enjoyable. Highly recommend working with him as he renewed my overall "Lowes" experience to being worth it!!! Thank you so much.
I was at your willoughby ohio store on Sat April 23rd..I needed help in aisle 4..( mail boxes) I asked to have someone paged who works in the dept..the page was announced and I waited at least 10 min. No body came so I walked out..bad service by the person who works in that dept...they list a sale cuz of him
Thanks to Tessa, for helping me repair my prosthetic hand yesterday. I came in looking for something that I discovered I'd never actually needed! But, I wouldn't have figured this out, without the help. Nor, would I have been able to fix it on my own. At the end of the day, three hands fixed my new second hand! Thank you again. I know my picture was taken. Not really sure where that goes, but I can say thanks right here, at the very least.
