Bought a dishwasher and paid to have it installed. After 20 days of tying to get them to install the dishwasher, i gave up and cancelled the sale. The installation department is very pleasant and answers the phones quickly but over and over the only thing they could do is leave message for installer who never called. Finally got in touch with installer after about 13 days. Set up date for him to come out. They never showed. They helped me get paint, shook it. Very courteous as well as the cashier. Like Lowe's over Home Depot.
Huge shoutout to Dominic and the other guy for going above and beyond with helping us get a grill and disassembling it to make it fit in our car.
Great job on hiring some of the rudest, self entitled knuckleheads to be cashiers... The ones who have the most contact with your lifeblood... your declining customer base!
customer service is horrile. ordered a washing machine through customer service. was told my washing machine would be delivered today. was called by some one from the willoughby store that delivery wont be until dec. 4th. I said I was told that my machine would be delivered today the lady on the phone rudely told me the customer service rep was wrong and they are suppose to call me and set up an appointment. All I wanted was help lifting 40lb bags of dirt, i waited forever in the 90 degree weather for someone to help but they never came! I was so aggravated i put them on the cart myself, the poor woman at the register helped me get them in my car, i will go to home depot from now on!! Very poor customer service!!
They have the worst customer service! We wanted to order a new screen door. We waited 30 minutes for someone to help us. We actually had 2 employees from other departments trying to get a manager to help us. We left since no one wanted to help us! I will be calling their corporate office in the morning and shopping at Home Depot from now on!
