Was at the Willoughby, Ohio store (on June 23rd) They want to have social distancing, but it’s a joke. They have 7 registers only 2 are open. Yet the registers are more than 6 feet away. The people in line are closer, and make their own lines wherever they want. I would think you’d want to get people out if the store ASAP, once they have made their purchases. Really appalled by the number of employees who do not have their mask actually over their noses and mouths. A majority of the customers were also not wearing masks. I know there isn’t much you can do about that, but perhaps if your employees set a better example, it would help. There is a pandemic going on in the hospital next door and they do not want to see your employees and customers end up there.
My son is 5 years old and is very into tools and building things. Every time we visit this Lowe’s which is very often the employees are always very helpful. They never let us down. I even built my son his own tool bench for our garage out of an old nightstand, wood, & paint and I couldn’t have done it without the employees help! Thank you, Willoughby Lowe’s employees!
I will be going to a different Lowes next time. Firstly you cant find anyone who works there. ..when we did find someone he wanted to argue with me about what I read online. Then he started to argue with Christian also...it was as if he was reading off of his computer. said I couldn't get appliance til the 26th of June...so I told him I'll just order online...It is coming on the 9th. I know my lil $600.00 isn't a lot in the whole scheme of things but dayum...at least be friendly.
the Willoughby store employees don't have a clue how to help you. got sent to 4 different people over an hour wait and walked out without ordering what I needed. went to Home depot in Mentor ordered it in 15 min. guess they wanted large order more. I live by Lowes but ill drive to Home Depot for now on. As a veteran I felt like lowes just didn't care.
While waiting for a curbside pickup- I observed an associate being a customers order to his car. She wore no mask- and neither did the customer. She stood appropriately 2 feet from him and handed him a bag. They exchanged words as well. My order came out - this same associate pushed the cart toward me and said they weren’t allowed to put anything in cars!! Apparently- coronavirus is now being spread with a car!! For this associate - not human interaction. 😡

I Ordered flooring and almost 3 weeks later I received a phone call that it was in. I go to pick it up and was told they don’t have it. There is 17 boxes at another store about 1/2 hour away I can go pick up. They can’t ship it to their store for me to pick it up. The flooring is on display at the store. Why is the floor on display at the location if it’s not stocked and can’t be ordered? This is the second time in 3 months I have ordered something from Lowe’s and I could not get the product and had to be refunded my money. ... read more
