Still no delivery of my stove purchased Dec. 12, 2017 from Lowe's Willoughby Ohio, store #1642. This after complaining online and in store. I got a call from customer service in Indy only after posting on Lowe's Facebook page. That was 6 days ago. Called the national complaint office who promised to get back to me today. I've heard nothing. Worst customer service ever at this location. I was just told a manager won’t be willing to even come out to help me with pricing. I am done with this location and the rude management. I will drive out of my way to a different store just to avoid this place and it’s 5 minutes away from my home.
Went in to buy blinds that needed cut. The only person who can cut blinds is on lunch.
Came in for a big repair project (refacing a garage and repairing electrical). Spent 10 minutes looking for a lumber cart, found most in use storing returns/clearance items at back of store. Got a flat cart from lot, start adding lumber, unable to move around store due to abandoned carts and product displays. Gave up and headed to Home Depot. Sad because I’ve probably spent 40 grand here in last 15 years.
Went in to buy a tool chest, asked two different employees for help and they did nothing. One employee told me where I could get a cart and walk off saying I don't come down here much. Both tool chests I was interested in had the team lift on the box. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come help me get this tool chest on the cart I had went and got myself, after the second employee made an announcement over the phone that I need help. Love this store! Washer broke while my husband was out of state for the Army. Two days after I ordered a new one, they delivered it, on time and with professional service. Another local Lowe's quoted more than a week out for delivery. Lowe's also offers a military discount. Thank you!!
Seriously over priced and they do NOT back up their contractors when they screw up. Nor do they take responsibility for their delivery guys when they accidentally rip a giant hole in your newly installed floor. And trying to get a rebate from product you purchased? Forget about it!! Not their problem! Go tell someone who cares!
