Good stuff
Lowe's can't keep customers information in their system properly. So, the extended warranties that I purchased for a new mower in March, plus the warranty for the weedeater/ leaf blower that I purchased this year, plus all the paint I purchased is no longer in their system. They pull up my phone number and have a totally different name and address. So, my extended warranties are no longer valid and I'm out of luck. I believe I'll start giving my money to Home Depot from now on. Unacceptable Lowe's. Shame on you!
Lowe's is great. We had a 'situation' with a refrigerator which was purchased at the Athens Lowes. No hassle, no questions! Replacement will arrive next Tuesday!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!
