Poor customer service
Ordered an oven and even though it took so extra month to deliver the delivery drivers were AWESOME!!! I HAVE never had such great experience with delivery!!! The men that delivered was AWESOME! I'M SO HAPPY with my experience.
Very poor ... need to learn customer service!! It is sad that we can't shop at our local businesses.....
Prices are extremely high customer service is terrible
Not impressed with a store that doesn't carry home improvement basics like dryer parts, and then, the customer service desk tells us that we can order the parts online from Lowe's. Also, you've got a 50/50 chance of asking someone who works at Lowe's that will actually know if they carry a product or not. We've had to tell them product ID numbers that we found online to prove that they have items in stock! Terrible.
Would just like to say that we had a very good experience today buying appliances; special thanks to Brandon for going out of his way to help us find what we wanted! Even though the Athens store didn't have everything we wanted, he tracked down the items we were looking for.
