This store is very unprofessional. They give false information about when your order will be in and when you call to ask about your order they say they will call right back but never call. When you spend thousands of dollars on appliances you expect the truth
I ordered a miter saw in store. I was told they would call me as soon as it came in. This was about a month ago. The associate told me it should be in within a couple of weeks. I’ve check on it 2 times by calling, they said it was not in yet. Today I went to customer service, I was informed because I ordered it in store that I would only get it when they get it, and they had no clue when they would get it. RecommendedI just want to take this time and say thank you for having some of these best employees. yesterday (4/30) I had a mishap and I dropped my keys in y'all's storm drain. I was panicked and freaking out. Your amazing employee Cedrick he went above and beyond his duty and helped me by retrieving my keys for me. I am for forever grateful to him. Thank you for helping me yesterday Cedrick when you didn't have to do what you did! Lowe's in Athens Al really do have some of the most amazing employees.
called yesterday to purchase 30 bags of red mulch that was advertised 2 dollars a bag until the 15th. already knew people that had been there same day and purchased. was told the price was not 2 dollars a bag anymore and all could say was sorry.. they are 10 minutes from my house I called north parkway location in Huntsville had some for 2 dollars a bag and told me all stores were the same price for the sale!!! called back and they couldn't find a manager.. very rude people!!! it's sad cant buy local.. had to drive an hour t... read more
Very unfriendly service!! I just needed help with a light bulb! You would have thought I asked for a transmission overhaul!!

Will not be doing business with Lowe’s any longer. Tried to purchase a fridge today that was under an enhanced display, associate said they could not order it and that it wasn’t available anywhere else in the US...... was not very helpful at all, could care less if we bought from them or not. Went to Home Depot, got the same fridge we wanted for a cheaper price and it will be delivered this week. Wonderful, HELPFUL, service there.
Windows installed. did a tacky job caulking. They keep saying I have a year warranty on workmanship. Can't get anyone to look at the workmanship
