Dan was helpful building a backdrop from Pinterest for my son's Kindergarten graduation. He even let my son help find parts and measure. Made a boy's day!

Don't order anything online when it is marked down and expect to receive. I ordered something during Veteran's day sale and the shipping was delayed several times before the order was canceled. I requested to pick up in store since they wouldn't ship and they refused. But, now the item is on the shelf, for full price. LET DOWN.

The lowes in athens has the best customer service.
This Lowe's is pretty good. The service is good, with everyone that works there willing (and mostly able) to help, but the prices are a bit high, in my humble opinion. When compared to Home Depot, Lowes wins on service, but not on price (most things are a few cents higher at Lowes).
