I came in to Our road 68 Lowes tonight with a ton of questions and needing some major help!! An associate named Jacob helped tremendously! He was familiar with all promos, super helpful,knowledgeable in multiple departments,most of all EXTREMELY patient. He was overall AWESOME� ! Department stores need more Jacob's in this world! Kudos to you bud!! Thank you!
I wish there was no stars. Received my order late and only part of it. Associates at the flooring department didn't know where my order was. Corporate office also had poor customer service. I wish I would have went some other place than this bad service. I do not recommend if you need to order anything.
Poor customer service in the building materials area. Customers who want to apply for lowes credit cards should do it at customer service and not the frickin checkout lanes. These jackasses held up the line for almost 15 minutes while they processed some guys application at the register. You guys are lucky we don't have a Home Depot near Rd 68. I would take my services to that place in a heartbeat. I spend thousands of dollars at lowes and always end up with poor customer service....
