Bad experience ever! Bad customer service! Bought cabinets and picked up the ones they had and a week later went to see if the rest were there and apparently they NEVER got ordered!������I truly dislike this store!
Joke of a store. Your customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Even the store manager put me on hold only to talk to a different department that had nothing to do with my call, operator hung up 2 times, was rude, joke.
This location allows employees to get targeted and harassed by other employees. Yet when management and HR gets involved the victim is fired and the bully doesn’t. In what world is this OK? I really hope corporate is smarter than the people running this location.
Really bad customer service. Been trying to get my flooring done for the past 3 weeks through Lowe's flooring services because of their January free installation deal. It has taken him three weeks to write up a quote and I almost think they're trying to take forever on the quote so it is past January and they don't give me the free installation.
