My wife, son, and I were looking at a new washer and dryer set today. There were two guys working at the closest desk. One was back and forth helping an older couple and the other was sitting at the desk. We walked up and asked for help. They said they would be right with us. Five minutes later the employee who was not helping anyone was still sitting at the desk. We walked to the desk and said never mind and that we would spend our $800 elsewhere. Not happy with Lowe's...Spent thousands of dollars for appliances..Get run around. Washer has bad seal and they send our installers instead of repair technician. Refuses to replace washer they waited til 30 days past purchase date and says it's my problem. Will never shop at Lowe's again

Today I ran to Lowe's getting supplies for my kiddos new flower business K3 Kares they wanted to grow and sell flowers and donate the money to my late fathers memorial fund at Unity Point School! We buy gifts, food and pay a fee bills for people when they are in need or during holidays.. You employees were sooooo super kind and helpful..
