So much for buying a warranty and they won't doing anything about my mower that the motor broke off of! They tell me I have to pay to have it fixed... no that why I got the warranty! This place is a fucking joke!
The sales people do not listen to you when you are explaining what you found on line and would like to get estimates for bathroom counter tops. Thank goodness the kitchen people were nice.
Waiting on a new front door and panel windows. Paid for on 7/17/17. Brad Middleton was the sales person that came out gave us our estimate and took our check. The windows we have now are about to fall out and here we sit waiting. Front door is only partially opening and we were told they would be here in 3 weeks. Well it is now 5 weeks and we are still waiting.
I bought an expensive refrigerator there (over 2000) and bought the extended warranty. It broke and although we had a few bumps they replaced it's brain box and were very nice about it . ultimately that is all that matters and I am very relieved to have it fixed.
They just lost a $2,000 sale. If I come and ask to purchase an $1,800 item and several other items then am told that there is only ONE person that knows how to sell that item and she won't be back for 10 minutes I'll go somewhere else. I know it is only a 10 minute wait, but customer service is customer service. Why only one person that can sell that item?
I had a wonderful experience at yesterday. I went to buy paint for our first baby that my husband and I are expecting in July. The man working in the paint department was awesome. He helped me decide what kind of finish I wanted then got me some paint brushes. when handing me the can of paint he also handed me a free $25 gift card to Toys r Us.
