This is the first negative review I’ve ever wrote for any business bc that’s how awful they have been. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered $5,000 worth of kitchen appliances, delivery was supposed to be July 18th. Received only the microwave and refrigerator July 24th. Which we were understanding of bc due to Covid things have obviously been delayed. But, this was all for a new home which we moved into Aug 27th. Been waiting for over half an hour since someone said they would help me and im still waiting horrible customer service and employee attitudes I give it less then zero stars its like this everytime i come here
Been a customer for at least 18-years. Sorry to say, but the product quality and overall service continues get worse! Tried calling the store today. Started at 6p till 8p. NO ONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT ANSWERED The phone! How is it possible that not a person picked up in any department. Why did I call? The fridge I purchased 5-weeks ago stopped making ice.
The absolute worst customer service ever..checked out and had to go get something else..nobody helped to worried about getting off work..returned everything we just bought and customer service desk didn’t even ask why
Just got a brand new zero turn mower With a bad solenoid and it’s gonna take two weeks for me to get a replacement

Shannon was very helpful today when I arrived at Carbondale Lowe’s with a list of items and wood to purchase. He not only helped me find everything on my list, but he helped me pick the best pieces of wood and helped me load everything onto my trailer. Shannon went above and beyond and was extremely helpful.
Carbondale Lowe’s needs to update its website as to its closing hours - We just left the store as the employees stated they close at 9 pm; however, the listing indicates that it closes at 10 pm - Found this odd especially on a Friday evening
Never shop here and definitely DON'T get a job here! I was hired for seasonal in home decor at store #493. Everything came back fine for my drug screening except for my anxiety medication. Instead of Gloria calling and asking me if I was prescribed medication, she asked my brother, Matthew who works there in tools and lumber. So now they will not hire me due to the medication I have a prescription under. Upon calling back to try to resolve this issue, Gloria's phone rang for awhile and then she ignored my call.
