I bought a very expensive stove at this store two weeks ago. I was told it would be in and delivered Saturday, however it didn't arrive to the store. Two weeks later, I can hardly reach anyone at the store, and when I do, they tell me they do not know when it will be in, so they don't know when it will be delivered. I'm going to have to make a payment on a stove that hasn't even been installed yet! We go here because Lowes supports residents, but I'm thinking we may have to check Menards in the future.
Was there today to buy a new hot water heater (my old one went completely out). I couldn't get a single employee to help, no help getting it off the shelf or even into my truck, the box even says you need 2 people to move it because of the weight/bulk. I did however see MULTIPLE employees walking around, standing around, playing with the stand-up forklift and literally walking the aisles doing nothing (in pairs)! I am looking for a new washer and dryer, I will not be spending another dime at this store.
I ordered and item from the app that stated there we 2 of currently in stock. I get to the store to pick it up to be told “sorry our counts are off and we don’t have it”. Maybe you need a better system
My mom and I recently visited and the service we received was great. Neither my mom or I was able to go into the store so the employee was nice enough to bring it out to the car and take my mom check in for her to pay. That's what u call above and beyond customer service.
Tony Spowart installed my new dishwasher. He was very pleasant & did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I would have rated Lowe's with 5 stars but I've had to call the store with quite a few questions lately. I've been placed on hold until the phone disconnected more than once. I was promised results from the Asst. Manager & nothing was done. Tony was great!

There were a lot if people working no on aaked if they could help. I found what I was looking for... sort of. But I still like Lowes
It has been a disaster from getting the carpets measured and now the installers will be late getting here. I have been waiting for almost 2 hours. They told us because it was in stock carpet it would be a week turn around from start to finish. We were there the day before Labor Day and when we called a few days later about the date and time for them to measure they couldn't even find out information in the computer. Very upset and will never be back to that Lowes again.
