Do not buy windows from the Lowe’s in Carbondale! Purchased thousands of dollars in new windows almost 10 weeks ago and still don’t have them installed. We were told 4-6 weeks and it’s been every excuse! Little to know communication until we contacted them and now with their stalling we’re heading into winter and who knows if or when we will ever get them. Very disappointed and frustrated!!

We spend thousands of dollars a year at Lowe's for or personal needs and two businesses. BUT this is about to STOP! The employees seem to know nothing about anything you ask them about, they give you the impression they don't want to be bothered by you, they don't want to help with load outs, but yet want to make $15 an hour for less service......I think our business us going to be taken to Menard's in Marion. I know Lowe's will not care, but I wanted to just let it be known...... service IS NOT what it used to be.......
Tried to deliver a floor model instead of a new refrigerator that I paid for. Shame on you Lowes.
