The options of everything offered for sale, the helpfullness and knowledge of the staff, the best service around! The store is so clean and bright too. In comparison to Home Depot, they are a 2, Lowes is 100!
I will never go to this store again after my last visit.
I was looking to change up some of my planters this year and I had a photo of what I wanted. Jody, who works in the Garden section was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find the plants/flowers I was looking for to recreate the photo. She made great recommendations for substitutions for plants/flowers Lowes did not have. She is a great asset to the store.
At the end of last year I had Lowes put in a new sink for me. The contractors they hired truly messed up the job and it's apparently been leaking since them, but Sunday when my family came over and after they left I was washing dishes water surged from under my sink, ruining the tiles on my kitchen floor. Now I want to know what Lowes will do for me on this?
