Lowes itself is a great store. But customer service for deliveries is a nightmare. Purchased a Samsung Washer and Dryer. Requested a specific day and was told I'd be contacted the day before delivery. No one called and no delivery on day I requested. Lost a whole day stuck in my house waiting. Called customer service, put on hold for 10 minutes, then disconnected TWICE! Never got them on phone and had to go back to Lowes, only to be told it was coming the 2 days after the requested date. Another Lowe’s installation nightmare. I buy a washing machine from Lowe’s and take the day off for delivery. Never comes. Lowe’s tells me it broke. So the next day they say they’ll deliver in morning never call. I call them they say I’m lying. They say I’m the last delivery. Lowe’s promises me a 10% discount. Never got it. Now I buy carpet. They are very helpful and they will assist in finding what you need.
Cannot find an email for east rutherford store or even min headquarters so i guess here will have to do. What a horrific experience I just had in your store. No one at service desk to complain to either. THREE seperate employees in three seperate sections of the store were completely useless and one was downright rude. So disappointed!
