Worst customer service, Alicia the store manager never returns calls or follows up on pending issues. Every time I called, everyone is nice but never gets my problem resolved I need a refrigerator replacement which Frigidaire already approved about 3 weeks ago but I still do not have it done
had delv of new refrigerator and it was dented. tried to get thru to store no answer. called customer care waited 30 min for someone to finally answer. not resolved yet.

Your voicemail says you’re open noon to midnight on Sundays, as does google and your Facebook page. We drive all the way here, and you’re closed. It’s 2019. It’s not that difficult to have your hours correct online and on the phone. Ridiculous.
