They did not have the tall palm plants in stock not happy at all.
I frequent the Lowes in East Rutherford. Yesterday I was assisted by Don in the tools department. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me to a choice for a power miter saw. Don showed me how to operate it and made sure I had proper blades for the job. He took the time to hear about the project I had in mind. I trust Lowes for the and staff and the wide variety of tools and supplies. It is a winning combination.
Nothing but a great experience! I brought my dog with me since it's a dog friendly store and the staff was all but rolling on the floor with her! They knew her name by the end of our trip and were super helpful to hell OMG me pick out just what I needed
A week or so ago I posted a negative review of another location. I felt it only fair to share my experience about this location. Their were two customer service representatives that really helped me yesterday; Clara and Jalissa. They were both very kind and patient with my return when their system was giving them trouble. Thank you to both of you. You made my visit to the store as easy as possible.
Went to almost every department today starting in garden dept. EVERY dept. had staff offering help. Bought pavers, batteries, dish washer hose, stand & had help with price check-repair with hose-so shocked & loved every moment. LOWE'S (only this store stay away from north Bergen)great work-great staff-thanks !!!!
Do not use Lowes as a contractor! On June 23, 2015, my life and my son’s life was turned upside down causing not only unnecessary stress to us but, causing me to incur thousands of additional dollars in costs due to the construction of the bathroom.
