I love the people that work in the store from painting Department to flooring Department to the ppl in the pro service team at the end great job guys
Big shout out to Lowe's! Over the past year they've replaced windows, a French door and a garage door and they've done an excellent job. (Eric & Alan) This week Carlos and Tony installed about 2300 sq ft of carpet in two days. Thanks Connie (outdoor projects) and Evan ( carpets)!!! I can highly recommend Lowe's for your home improvement projects. They've certainly gone above and beyond for us. And as my husband would say, I'm hard to please.
I went Lowe's needing help and information on several items in the store . The staff didn't have it and in some cases didn't even know if they sold the product and made no effort to find out if they were sold in the Lowe's store. It's so hard to get assistance in this store, that's why I drive to Home Depot👏👏👏
Seriously thinking of driving an hour to Home Depot rather than drive 15 minutes to Lowe's of Gadsden. Everytime I buy from there, I leave in a bad mood. The employees obviously don't care anything about the customers and try to talk down to people. It's always an awful experience everytime I walk through the door.
They need to get people to work there that wants to actually work I asked someone to help me with decking board and he got me treated 1x6 instead of decking board he walked out with me but never offered to load them he was to worried about him going to lunch so I think they should check their employees
