I'm so upset. Lowes flower department Manger was rude and his behavior was unnecessary, unappreciated and he needs to lose his job. If you need to chew an employee out for going out of their way to help a customer that's not in the department they are assigned to because all the ones that works in that part went and hide to keep from working. Customer service just isn’t the best. Buying appliances and setting up delivery like pulling teeth. Cashier acted as if she didn’t want to be there. She just wasn’t the friendliest,couldn’t find write up in system... probably couldn’t key it correctly since her perfectly manicured nails were 3 inches long. To top it off was told the delivery was in 4 days now that has changed another 6!!! Not to mention it took forever to find the delivery slip... unreal

Unfortunately the citizens of Gadsden do not have many choices locally to make large appliance purchases as we did. On October 18th we have purchased a new refrigerator and it was delivered a few days later. when it was delivered I immediately pointed out that there was a pretty noticeable dent in one of the doors. our options were a new door or 10% refund - we opted for the new door because this is a new refrigerator and we wanted it to be a new refrigerator. it is now December 8th @ 9 am and that new door was supposed to h... read more
If you go to the return service dept.I strongly urge you to wait on one of the ladies,even if it takes a little longer.The gentleman there is an idiot,I plainly told him and showed him the purchase was on September 24th,no wonder he couldn't find it he was looking on October 24th had me standing there almost 1 hour,with his foolishness
Horrible guy in lumber was an ass bc it was his lunch break during the time he was loading my lumber. Next time I’ll just drive to Rome Home Depot!
