I wanted to write this to brag on an employee at the gadsden location. A lady named Serena was very helpful to me and my grandmother during the process of buying a washer. She made our experience exceptional! She seemed to really care and want to help and definitely went out of her way to help!! very thankful she was the one to help us!
PAID CASH FOR DEEP FREEZE AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES TO HAVE EMPLOYEE CHECK THE STOCK ROOM TO BE SURE THERE WAS ONE AVAILABLE. AFTER CONFIRMING IT WAS THERE WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE FRONT WE SCHEDULED TO COME BACK NEXT DAY WITH TRUCK TO PICK UP. UPON ARRIVAL TO PICK UP WAS INFORMED THEY SOLD IT AGAIN TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THAT WAS THE LAST ONE THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
clean and lots to choose from
If one places an online order and is messaged that it's ready for pick-up, one would expect it to be ready for pick-up. I had two employees (an older white-haired lady and another gentleman who were really nice about helping me). One of the younger guys told me my order wasn't ready and they were having to get it ready. Why message me that it's ready? I have now been waiting for 30 minutes and they still haven't gotten it ready. Ridiculous!
I bought a stove and dishwasher for you store in gadsden al. And it has been a run around the entire process! My husband took off work to be at home when they come and mind you on two different days and they came today to bring the dishwasher and told my husband they dont install them and didn't take the old one I paid for pick up on . They didn't say anything about having someone else come put it in when we bought it . I called over there and they man I spoke with didn't know how to find out how to get my dishwasher install... read more
I wouldn't tell anyone to go to the gadsden location just simply bcs customer service here sucks...dont depend on sonya or whatever her name is to wait on u...she will look right thru u,and help the person in line behind u
