Not for appliances..last Monday picked put new stove an microwave. paid $50 for installer to measure..went today...nonr of items. i picked out were correct..stupid sales person printed off total different items..an mislead us into thinking items came in color i wanted..when going today.we found out their is no color choices...sales person wasnt there today..orher person tried to tell us..what he printed an saved in their computer were correct..at a $500 increase in cost...and not the 2 items i had picked out..Mr Snodgrass. w... read more
went to buy a thermostat that said it was 21.99 go to check out its 53 dollars so i go back and get same thing that says 21.99 and its still 53 dollars so i told them they had a problem with there pricing and went to walmart and got the same item for 20 dollars . When i told them they had a problem they just look like they didn't care and confused , there customer service and management suck

Dont ever try to get an appliance delivered because they cant tell you when the delivery will be made. Dont call the store to talk to someone in delivery because they dont answer the phone. Its a good thing I didnt have to pay for them to deliver because they would be refunding me . I will never use delivery service again.
They need better service I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for help ... then I tried to find some one and they were like too busy to help ...after about 45 minutes someone finally helped us
