Bought a refrigerator from them in Oct. came with. Dent in it was told it would be more than a week before we got a new one. So we opted for the 10% off because we just didn't have time. Now said fridge has an inch of ice on the bottom of it dripping water all over our BRAND NEW hardwood floors and we are told we can't get anyone out here to look at it until Monday?! So much for your protection plans. Don't bother with this place you'll be much better off somewhere else!
Placed an order for a washer and dryer. Was told gas dryers have to be ordered, 3-5 days. Had a delivery for it 5 days later, as it states on the invoice. Guess what, they only brought the washer!! Now I'm waiting on the dryer to be delivered 3 days after. I spoke to the MOD and he couldn't do anything for me because I need a gas dryer not electric for a loaner, he didn't offer any type of discount for THEIR miscommunication and irresponsibility! Hopefully it comes tomorrow.
Worst service. Thank you to the family that helped me load my vehicle!

My son delivered $150 worth of pizza there today. No tip. Think I'll be taking my business to Home Depot. Cheapskates.
