Every time I go into the store I have problems. they never have everything I’m looking for and I’m just done. I’m absolutely done wasting my time coming into this garbage location. Every time they always tell me the same thing looks like every other store has it but we don’t guess what you just lost a customer and I’m in there every week... not anymore. I’m going to Home Depot, I don’t care if they treat their customers like crap. they at least have what I need. Every time.
The cashier Maria S. was great. She made sure we received all the right discounts we were to get for our purchases on our card. The workers helped us load all our supplies into the truck. Thank you all so much for your patience and being so kind.
Sucks
Lowe's never fails to disappoint. They have the same item in Greece and Henrietta but it's $2.00 per item cheaper in Henrietta. I'm in Greece. They gave some BS story about it being discontinued in Henrietta but not in Greece. Not my problem. I'm buying 50 items so the savings on my end is substantial whereas they should be able to eat the cost considering my spending history. This store has come a long way in the past year. Love shopping for my home & receiving friendly, mostly knowledgeable help. Starting to really like this location.

Inattentive employees and horrible customer service
Worst customer service. We purchase thousands of dollars here. The latest refrigerator and microwave purchase has been the most frustrating experience. They scratched the front door and wall. Microwave is missing a part... We have been on the phone dozens of times. Still unsuccessful. VERY disappointed.
