Worst customer service ever.Took two weeks to get my dryer n was scheduled to deliver on the 16th of June on paper but when I'd called they said its on the 18th
After the issues with our carpet installation, nobody has followed up to my complaints or responded to my calls, emails or photographs. The two people I initially contacted (installation dept.-Bill White and the West Ridge Rd store manager-Peter Bruschi) never got back to me despite me leaving messages and emailing them reminders. I'm not asking for the world!
Very disappointing appliance purchase. Purchased a new over the range microwave and paid to have it installed. 12 days, 7 phone calls (4 to their Indianapolis call center, 3 to the installer). Hung up on once after a 20 min hold time with their call center and then sent to their automated survey - guess how that went!. I am a pretty loyal Lowe's customer as I know the store and it is close by. Gotta say I don't think I will be doing any further appliance business with them. Unacceptable service.
The lady named Janet it the customer service desk was so rude and loud it was Ridiculous not only treating the customers horribly but treating her own coworkers like crap I will never shop here again not when Home Depot is right down the road. I use to work for Lowe's if I ever treated a customer like that I could bet my butt I would have been fired�
Going to Home Depot from now on. Went to Lowes today and asked a cashier to point me in the direction of cement/concrete and wondered if there was someone I could talk to to help me choose the right product for my project. She pointed to the man I should ask. Went to him and explained what I was trying to do. He was about as helpful as a squirrel. Won't be shopping at Lowe's in Greece Ny ever again Rude and unprofessional waited longer then I should have to have fence pieces loaded onto my truck .
I purchased about 20 bundles of roofing. There were damaged shingles & I was going to bring them back to the store. After talking to the store they sent a truck to pick them up. I have purchased many items over the last 15 years at Lowe's and when ever there was a problem they stood by it. Couldn't be happier!
