We prepaid for a grill, showed up to pick it up and was told the boss was on lunch and it would be a little bit , 44 minutes later we finally got our prepaid grill . I have no idea why it took so long . You would think it would be tagged with our name on it ready to go .
Customer service? What's that they ask. Truly sad.
I prefer Lowe's over any other home improvement store especially your paint department and garden center. I never buy paint anywhere else! However, could have given 5 stars but those locks in the ladies washroom are JACKED! After stepping into 4 stalls and none of the locks worked, I found a stall with a jimmied up lock that halfway worked. Thanks �
Seriously, never order counter tops from Lowes! Horrible customer service, install date way off from what they originally said and they measured incorrectly and we now have an incomplete counter. And they told me 4 weeks for a new one. I could spit fire right now! ����� I have recently purchased flooring, cabinets, farm sink, and counter tops from here and this is the first problem we have had. And we have had issues with communication from the get go. This is completely unacceptable!
Purchased my Fresh Frazier Christmas Tree from Lowes in Kankakee IL. All I can say is I purchased it before Thanksgiving and taking it down today!!! 1/9/17!! It remains as fresh as the day I put it up!! Thank You Lowes!! Putting America to work growing great Frazier Christmas Trees!!!!���
They have messed up ONE delivery four times. Schedule deliveries and 2 hours into appointment window they call saying that they don't have the product in stock. Ok... So why did you schedule a delivery on a product you don't have... And you couldn't have called to tell me you didn't have the product in the morning, so that I wouldn't have sat at my house for 3 hours? This happened 3 times in a row. I had bad experience with Mike at pluming on Saturday march 26 around 4pm . He treat me as second class citizen and make me feel discriminated, he help every other client as we walk the aisles looking for my products. He did not respect my time and did not care that i was standing there. I went to home depot and the fix my issue in 2 minutes. Do not go to lowes go to home depot #HomeDepot
