Excellent customer service! Every time I’ve been in I’ve found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient! I am a novice at home repairs and basic furniture projects, so I always have a million questions and the staff always seem genuinely happy to help! They really go above and beyond my expectations every time, doesn’t matter if I’m looking for tools, paint, or a furnace filter. Thank you to the whole staff for making my projects easier 😊.

Waited for over 15 mins at the hardware department for help to cut a wire shelf. After 4 announcements, no one turned up. Went to customer service for help and they asked me to wait at the Hardware desk. After waiting for another 10 mins, I left the store after informing the customer service that help did not arrive and the lady there was pretty cool with lost business and an unhappy customer! No wonder Lowe’s is having such troubled times!!! You are your own enemy!! Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend!!
We purchased an unboxed dishwasher in the clearance area. We got it home and attempted to set it up ... The door does not open. ARGH!!!
