Lowes Home Improvement This recently opened store is clean and well staffed. They have an excellent lighting department and the store personnel have always been helpful and knowledgeable when we have been there.

Do not use Lowe’s for high end projects like entry way doors. They are incompetent, incapable and provide absolutely terrible customer service. From the very beginning they failed to order the correct pieces which caused another 4 week delay. Then after it’s all said and done it’s not what my wife ordered. The trim was completely wrong. To all my gardening friends: Please check your plants before you buy them! I was at Lowe's Home Improvement in Naperville looking through beautiful succulents when I came across some with mealybugs!! I took 2 succulents up to the cashier and brought it to their attention. I really would have loved to take these home with me but treating mealybugs can be a process and time consuming because you have to remove them with alcohol and toothpicks! Ordered windows June 2019 and finally just “finished” the job.. wouldn’t use them again.. this is definitely not quality work
Very poor service. We spent $9000 on a new entry door. Wrong measurements, no help from installation department, store manager, Keith Jackson, refused to get involved and didn't return numerous phone calls. Never again.
I’ve had many issues with a vanity I ordered. Not all of it is the local stores fault. But, I made a complaint with the corporate office. I was promised a call from the Lowe’s store manager to discuss the issues within in 24 hours. It’s not been 4 days and still no call! Way to go on great customer service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼😡😡😡
Wonderful service at Lowe’s this morning! Roberta, Jordan, Matt and Zach were so very helpful in assisting in our bathroom remodel! They are the BEST❤️
