I purchased a Maytag HG washing machine Black Friday last year since then I’ve had the warranty department out three times & the issue will never be resolved they tell me they can’t do anything for me. I called Lowe’s they tell me to call the warranty department. What is happening is after I take my clothes out of the washing machine the items have lint on them. I spent over $6000 on new appliances to update my kitchen and purchased the longest best warranty they offered and I have been trying for over 6 weeks to get an ice maker repaired on my Samsung refrigerator with no luck. No call backs. Multiple requests for a manager to call me back. Multiple poor ratings and comments at the end of each of my calls to the call center and I still can’t even get the problem resolved. I special ordered a kitchen floor from them.I ordered one piece vinyl floor and had it cut 12x10. A week later they called and said my order was in. I was thrilled because this was earlier than I expected it to arrive.The next evening we went to pick it up. The person in customer service looked it up and called in back to have it brought up. its about to get ugly. the amount of time, effort, aggravation and loss of wages that i have incurred to spend almost $4000 for on an Entry door at Lowes is comical. and now, the manager has been avoiding me for 2 weeks..

I’d give this place zero stars if u could. At what point were you guys going to tell us the delivery men were going to be late? I’m glad I took half a day off only to to reschedule my dishwasher installation. Thank you very much.

Terrible customer service. We torn down our fence, hired laborers, rented equipment and were told our order would arrive between 930a-1130am today. My husband called after they were 3 hours late, and was told they rescheduled for next week! �who would buy a fence and not need it during the scheduled delivery time? And why would Lowes think it's okay to not CALL your customer to tell them the delivery date has changed?!?
