I (finally got new storm doors for my house. Went with Lowe's all the way. I got just what I needed, quality all around, including my installers. They did a swift, efficient job and left nothing behind but a happy customer. Lowe's made it easy!
Today, Cullen DiMare celebrated his 3rd birthday at his favorite "tool store". The Saugus, MA store hasn't ever done a birthday event in the past, but when I contacted the management team, they jumped at the opportunity. The organization and professionalism with which the Build and Grow birthday event was executed blew each and every one of our party guests away (I expected nothing less given our previous experience with Build and Grow activities!). I love buying my Venus Fly Traps from here! Those are so much fun to watch!
If I could write a review & give zero stars I would! Severe communication problem between the installers, customer service, & delivery. Its obvious they are not properly trained or paid enough to be bothered! Even when they said they would email me a refund receipt after I cancelled my order because of the awful treatment & service they didn't even do that!
