It’s Lowe’s, When the customer base is down, the store service is down due to less employees to help you out. LOWES will come through eventually as business picks up. Unfortunately some locations are having a difficult time during the slower season. Don’t give up, Lowe’s does appreciate us, the customer. Without us, they have no reason to open there doors.
I have been trying to get in touch with Lowes for the past 2 days. I paid for my dishwasher to be taken away once the new one was delivered. They did not take it and told me to call and reschedule. I have called at leave 7 times. The operator does not pick up, the delivery department does not pick up, the appliance department does not pick up. Lowe's You should be ashamed of yourselves. I don't usually post things like this but here we go. My husband and I decided to put a fence up to keep our little man safe. After receiving many quotes, we decided to go through Lowes Home improvement store. All the planning went smoothly. Rude employees who seem angry at the customers. I will NOT be spending a dime there again!
This is really crappy customer service by Lowe’s, they are not getting my business next time. delivery for construction material in my basement was expected today. Only half the material was delivered and the trim guys said Lowe’s guys only loaded whatever was on the truck. Because of this delay the workers could not start the work, everything has been delayed. This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Worse than Comcast which should be telling. Lowe's failed to deliver my 2 bathroom vanities on their promised day yesterday. They "rescheduled" them for today but then forgot to put them on the truck today. They then promised they would be delivered today but for the last 30 mins will not answer their phones.
