Curbside pickup? Joke. Good luck getting them to answer the phone to bring your order out to you per their own instructions. It’s like no one works here. Terrible. go to Home Depot

Not deliver the wrong flat of cinder blocks and then be unavailable to pick it back up and deliver the right one. Seriously. They left a flat of wrong cinder blocks in my driveway then did not pick up their phone or call me back for over a week and then didn't even follow through on the pick up and delivery of the correct product. Thank god for credit card chargebacks.

I was just chastised for using the call button because nobody was in the paint department. After I was handed my paint sample I was told if I pressed the help button again, he would chop my hand off. Is this how employees are trained? The last time I checked, customers weren’t allowed to mix their own paint samples. Absolutely ridiculous.
