went shopping today in your store. No one to assist me in the seasonal section , they were all up front chatting. The cashier took $$ , never offered a bag and never said thank you?? Very poor customer service at this store.
One star because Zero isn't available. Terrible customer service. Went to pick up a microwave that according to Lowes website had two in stock. I asked for assistance and was told by the appliance department associate that she was typing an email and someone else would help (pretty lazy). Turns out they had 0 in stock and an available display model. Asked about another one, wasn't in stock either. Finally asked about a third one that "might" be in stock (it was). We love the Saugus Lowe's great service. We recently bought a shed and the delivery was on time, they even called first. The gentleman who delivered was kind and hardworking...his name was Ken. Kuda's to Ken for making it a pleasant experience on a VERY HOT day.
Received a John Deere Tractor from the Danvers Store and when it was delivered the battery was dead. My Husband went to your Saugus store to purchase a battery charger, but was told they no longer have an automotive department. When he got home he looked on the internet and it says Saugus has 2. However when he called Saugus, first he was told they have two then the next person said they have none. We have always preferred to do business with Lowe's over Home Depot, but this is ridiculous. The service was very disappointing. I was buying a grill and it was not a pleasant experience at all.
Couldn't have encountered a more rude woman at the paint counter. If you need paint matched stay away. Most stores ask "how can I help you" ...instead I was greeted with a "what do you need" as the woman was washing a half wall and didn't miss a beat In the process.
