Without Ron's help this would have been 1 star. I came into lowes with a list but couldn't use the app to locate anything because I had made up names for the things I needed since I didn't know their actual names. I was so overwhelmed by my long list and after searching for an associate found Ron. Not only did he know by heart where everything was in the store. Worse place for customer service, Only very few people to help and 80% of them don't want too. Or don't know nothing about what u need to know on products or question. Awful
I purchased a fridge in August and it broke early September and I have been fighting with Frigidaire since with no success. I called Lowes yesterday and explained the situation and John immediately said No Problem!!! We will take care of you and come pick out a new one. I went last night and dealt with John, the store manager, Mike, George and Chris in Appliances and they were amazing! I could not have been more satisfied!!! Been shopping here since it opened, was just picking up work materials and was cutting through store and saw a awesome grill on clearance. It was missing some parts so I made a counter offer to an employee walking bye and explained my reasons for a lower price, they agreed and repriced the clearance tag. Went to purchase the item and a manager of some sort, named John interjected that he liked that grill himself and refused to sell it too me......God damn pissed
We love this place! Staff is always friendly, we are literally here every weekend picking up items for house projects.
Went to lowes to buy salt, lot wasn't plowed! Have had nothing but bad experiences here and because of their lack of caring about the lot, I now have medical bills to pay..... ass holes!
I am really unhappy with my experience at Lowe's. I purchased blinds for 6 windows for my condo. The installer arrived at my home without the blinds, even though I paid the $35 fee to have them picked up. I had to leave work early to have the install completed a few hours after that. There seems to be a lack of communication among the sales team and installation. And dealing with customer service on this issue has been a completely frustrating experience.
