This store has taken a back seat! No one in customer services! They let all the good help go! Hardly anyone with experience! I've spoken several time's to the store manger Bob and nothing has changed! Employee's constantly complaining how terrible it is to work for Lowes! If I ever needed help it would be better for me to look for the employees and walk from one end of the store to the other than to have them paged! This place is a mess and needs major changes! Lowe’s is the worst ever! Been 3 months I’ve been dealing with Corporate to get a refund on them installing the wrong carpet. Then again to have them show up a month later to rip up the wrong carpet & install the correct one.....they showed up once again with the same carpet they first put down. �������
I have only ever had problems with this company! Ordered a dryer online..delivered today? Nope..they cancelled the order and never thought to inform me! Worst customer service ever!!! I will never shop at Lowe’s again!

Saturday at 4 in the morning we were woken up to our fire alarms going off. It turns out that our furnace had finally died and was smoking. With it being the weekend and our house heated by oil, it was pretty much impossible to get anyone to come fix our heat until Monday. It is also April in New England, one day it 40 and the next it is 70. My husband was looking for space heaters to rent incase it did get cold.
