I'm done with Lowes! Ordered a fridge earlier this year. Delivery was 1-2 hours after the 4 hour window. Ordered a stove for delivery last week. We never got a call with a delivery time frame and they showed up unexpectedly at 8:30am on Sunday. After getting up and letting them in, it was the wrong color stove. Tried again for this weekend...once again, we did not get a call with a delivery time frame. horrible service and useless employees. Go to Home Depot
Terrible customer service. Rude staff.
Worst customer service! Waited 30 minutes for a loader in 2 areas of the store and received no help. Just a bunch of sorry and that we will keep paging them. I ended up hurting my back carrying items by myself that were extremely heavy.
Piss poor customer service- no one able or willing to provide assistance, nobody working in the department where I was looking for products and when I asked to speak to a manager he was very less than accommodating and just wanted to get me out of the store. Should not take 45 minutes to purchase two items - needless to say I will not be returning
