So we went to Lowe's in Avon today to get some of the hanging baskets that are on sale 2 for $10 to spruce up the porch and ended up not getting any. When we were there I did not see any that was on sale so I asked an associate, she took us to where they were and there were 4! She said they look like they are dying and they probably will. What?!?! Purchased a new mower it was to be delivered today it has never arrived, called Lowe's to find out it was not scheduled. Manager Mike hung up on my husband when he confronted him we have been waiting hours for the delivery. Horrible customer service at this store!

The best customer service I've had in a long time.
Trash service thanks for making wait 4 hour only to call at the end of my window and add 2 hours on. This will be the last time. Keep in mind I live about a mile from the store.
I ordered a door over two months ago and it's yet to be scheduled for installation. They told me that the door was received over a week ago, yet I can't even get a callback to schedule the installation. Terrible experience and at this point I would rather return the custom door than continue with the install. Never mind the fact that the door was paid for over two months ago.
Poor customer service in the paint area! I asked for some samples and the lady stated if its not out there we don't have any. She didn't even look nor asked what exactly was I looking for.
