IF YOU WANT ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and start a part time job figuring who is lying about dishwashers in Stock. Also during this part time job you can physically visit to get it resolved, talk to the store manager, continue getting the run around between the store, their installation center, the company SIMPLY WATER that they chose for installation who can't get you in for 3 weeks from date off purchase, then go ahead and spend $530 on a dishwasher. SHAME ON THEM
I have been a long time shopper at Lowes. Generally have been satisfied with both products and service however I have noticed a marked decline at the Avon store over the past 6 months or so. Product selection in the Lawn and Garden dept is lacking. Finding what I need has gotten more difficult. This past Wednesday we purchased an LG dishwasher and wanted it installed.
