DO NOT let them install a privacy fence. We had a fence installed and spent nearly $9,000. When I decide to spend that amount of money, I expect the product to meet a high standard. Less than 2 days after the install, we had issues opening our double gate and the company failed to install 2 boards in the fence completely. When they returned to screw in the boards...they stated they fixed the gate. The gate was still nearly impossible to open and is now bent.
