Came in today to buy a new riding mower and weed eater. Also had a air conditioner capacitor that I was going to order but needed to check first. Spoke with An employee who has the meter to check it. He told me they don’t do that and if I wanted it checked I’d have to buy the meter metaled and Check it. I’ve had things checked numerous times. He was nice enough to tell me if I didn’t like it to do to menards. Leaving menards as we speak with my mower and weed eater. Won’t be visiting Lowe’s again.
Ordered a new oven range and refrigerator from the Avon store. The range showed up damaged so I refused delivery. The delivery person wrote why it was refused but the store ended up just canceling my ordered without calling me. Reordered and was supposed to be delivered by 3:30 this afternoon. 4 pm I call them and was informed they had 1 or the 2 delivery trucks break down. They are still delivering but about 3 hours later than originally scheduled. Now 8 pm rolls around, I call them and I'm told they are in Brownsburg and 3... read more
I was in the Avon store wed. aft. and the young employees had little regard for facemasks!
Twice now you guys were suppose to deliver our washer/dryer. And twice your delivery man has called the day before saying one or the other was not in. Even though we talked to the sales man Friday and he told us the set was in. I will never buy appliances from you.
this is the worst experience ever i have been standing here for help in the plumbing section for over 30 minutes now and still waiting. I was told som9would be right here and yet still no one. i wont ve returning

Do not buy appliances here. The customer service is terrible. We order a washer/ dryer set in mid May that should have been delivered today. Never came. The salesman in store told us we pay upon delivery which is not true. They told us since we didn’t pay in store it can’t be delivered and we now have to wait and reorder.
No customer service anymore.
